Lemon Fruit Parfaits

    Thank you, lillian...I was just laughin' with my boyfriend last night about how pretty that pic came out...all the pics of all my own recipes, and my best is of a simple one that's not even mine...but, I'm glad for it....she was pleased. :)

    Thanks, frankie...it was a great breakfast :) I usually have fruit for breakfast, anyway, and I had all those fresh in my possession, so it was a no brainer to whip up the lemon...I'd have skipped the food coloring if not for wanting to take a good pic for her, cus I'm fine with "natural" colors...but it did look pretty. :)

    And, the whipped cream I made wasn't sweetened...I just whipped cream. Period. I always add nutmeg to my fruit, but I didn't, this time, to stay more true to the recipe...I was a good girl. ;)

    Oh, and she says it takes some time to make, but it really didn't...it took a lil time to chill, but, for me, that was fine...I made it, went and tended the horses, showered, and put the parfait together...took the pic and ate it...in about 2 1/2 minutes. hehehe
