  It's a rainy, dreary day in my little corner of the world and so I wanted to warm the kitchen up and find a Soup Recipe where I could use an Acorn Squash that has been watching me from the counter for this past week.
  I came across the recipe above and it's lovely. I used my Acorn Squash instead of the Butternut Squash that it mentioned and I didn't have any Caraway seed so I subbed it with a tsp. of Curry instead. I bumped up the Garam Masala from 1/2 tsp. to a well rounded teaspoon.
  It's a nice thick, heart-warming soup. Perfect for a fall Day. 5 stars!
