    Medjool Dates Stuffed With Spiced Mascarpone

    I got these amazing huge medjool dates and just had to try this. The combo of spices is genius and tastes amazing. It is the type of recipe to make if you want to impress your guests. We drank a beautiful wine with them - the perfect pairing.

    My camera is broken :( I am waiting for a new one. The photos and recipes I've been posting were made a couple of weeks ago before the camera tragedy...... ;)
