I used ground turkey and penne for this recipe from Joce...
Macaroni, Beef, Tomato Cheese Cassarole was simple delicious! Cheesy and oh so good...great comfort recipe:) The addition of curry powder made the recipe..I don't generally use curry because my husband hates it, but he loved this dish! I didn't post my picture because it didn't turn out well at all (sorry!)
I'll be making this recipe often when I need a really good, easy to make dish!

NPMarie, I also dont really care for curry. I dont "hate" it, but everytime I have had it, there was so much that it overpowered the dish. So Mr. NPMarie didnt mind it and hates the stuff????? This sounds like a great comfort food. Not being a curry fan, I dont have any. I would like to try this. Do you think this recipe would suffer without it?

Well Mr Piggy, I believe the curry is what made the recipe, why don't you try half of what it calls for...otherwise, it would also be good without it I'm sure!!!
