    Recipe by Cheffiona: Macaroni Cheese
    Doesn't taste overly cheesy although it has a goodly amount of cheese in there. Has a nice creamy quality. Doubled the recipe without trouble. I'm a pansy. I cut the pepper flakes by 75%.

    The enchilada casserole I had the other day was overly cheesy, with a right. It had a pound and a half of cheddar. What goes in has got to come out sooner or later. In the case of the enchilada casserole it is later.
    I like the heat level at 75% reduced. But you flame throwers go for it.
