These were good but I couldn't taste the horseradish. More detail on the recipe. I just ate them right off the toothpick so these would be a great appetizer. Lined a cookie sheet with foil and used a rack.

I don't know why I couldn't taste it either. I wanted to taste it. I love horseradish. But I ate them all and nothing on any piece. They were tasty though. You could flavor these up all different ways, I would think, for an appetizer. Maybe some chili powder. Stuff like that. I think I'd like to sprinkle some brown sugar on some and see what happens. :)
