Mashed Cauliflower

  Mashed Cauliflower Low Carb
  made this tonight. the only change I made was I subbed parsley for Rosemary because I didn't have any. Was a great change over the standard mashed potatoes we have all the time!

  yes i could telll it was cauliflower but it was really good. caught hubby off guard because i didn't tell him it was and he thought it was mashed potatoes
