How to make it

  • In your large pot bring water to a boil.
  • Take your cauliflower and cut it into pieces and put into the water, let that boil till you can stick a fork through it.
  • Then drain
  • Take your potato masher and finish adding the rest of the ingredients and stasrt mashing.
  • When done I suggest that you taste and adjust the seasoning as needed.

Sounds so good... I do really like cauliflower and use to make it with white (bechamel) sauce over the cooked cauliflower, sprinkle some cheese on top and then goes into the oven until golden and bubbly, so I´m sure I will make this recipe very soon. Thanks.

I was tired of plain mashed cauliflower. I love rosemary. Great idea. Thanks
