    from Twilight Dawning...nothing exotic here, just a nice easy twist on an old "Stand by"...the kids were callin' 'em MexiJoes, and they got all eaten up! My review and pic are posted...

    I certainly recommend it for an easy weekday dinner, maybe served with a simple rotel/corn saute...especially if kids are involved! :)
