Milky Cinnamon Rolls

Recipe by Yinhomemade: Milky Cinnamon Rolls
    A soft delicious roll.
Interesting technique of kneading in melted butter to the dough. Wonder what extra boost that yields to the process.
This also uses a water-roux that is non-standard to dough.
It is a soft and sticky dough toward the end of the knead time.
I added a powdered sugar frosting that turned out a little thicker than it should be for presentation. It still tastes cinnamony wonderful.

OK, how come I didn't see this when you posted it? Although I see Reviews bookmarked it. Something fell through the cracks! Between the grams and the ml's and the water-roux (??) I think you were very brave to make these. Not to mention that long ingredient list! Do you remember them at all? :)

Yin formats her recipes a little differently than we do. Probably a cultural thing. A little study and it will all come together for you.
Do a convert search for grams or milliliters and the amount should pop up for you.
