  Good flavored casserole. Did make some subs.
  Didn't want to buy the Pepperidge Farms herb seasoning. Through a little googling I found out it is coarse ground seasoned bread pieces used to make stuffing. So I used my own home made seasoned bread crumbs. It's a little finer grind than the Pepperidge Farms stuff. Used home made "cream of" soup and a 4-cheese Mexican blend.
  It doesn't really stand tall when plated but that could be my bread substitution.
  Didn't have to do much seasoning.
