    Cheesy Tomato Tots

I finally remembered to pick up some tater tots. I have been meaning to make this ever since ML2C posted it. These were sooooo good. After I baked to tots and sauteed the onions, peppers and jalapenos, I stuff it all into poblanos that I needed to use up and so glad I did it this way. So so good. Thanks ML2C for a wonderful tatery totery recipe : ) LOVE those things. Burned my fingers and mouth eating them right out of the oven before using up the rest for this :)

They do like those cheesy fiesta pablanos. Its from that recipe that I had the poblanos for and just havent got back around to them, so I used 2 for this. This is also the first time I had fresh/raw jalapenos. I never knew they were crunchy. Like a hot bellpepper. Anyway, I will be making these many more times. I picked up 2 monster sized bag of tots : ) Thanks again for this recipe

The celery must have, Frankie. But to me, poblanos have no heat at all. Not even with the seeds. At least I dont think they do. Not like fresh jalapenos. Those had some heat. To me the poblanos have a taste like it will be hot but the heat never comes. They're really good. This is only the 2nd time having them.

And yes, ml2c. This is the first time having fresh jalapenos. I have always bought them in a can or jar. They were always soft. So when I grabbed a couple pieces after slicing and bit into them the crunch was a nice surprise. Crispy like a raw bell pepper. Oh, and the poblanos were only about a week old. I bought them to make those cheesy ones again which I didnt get round to..
