  Recipe by Chefeden: Mmm Mmm Meatloaf
  I like it. Salsa instead of catsup.
  Easy to make, but what meatloaf isn't.
  Had some Salsa wasting away in the fridge and this recipe hit the spot for it.
  Pic turned out blurry so it didn't get posted.
