No problem! This would actually be a great spread on pretty much any bread! And I think it would be good spread on chicken and then baked too with all that cheese! OK now I'm hungry again lol!

Mr P How's this for an idea? If you don't want to do the olives, do you like BLT sandwiches? Why don't you mix chopped tomato and crumbled cooked bacon into the mayo mixture before you spread on the bagel and then top with mozz cheese?? That might even qualify as a "DOUBLY DELICIOUS" snack... :)
