    Grilled Chicken Malibu, Sandwich

This was delicious. His pic seems to show something red and green, so, if it's tomatoes and leafy of some type, then they'd both be good on it. As well as red onion.

So, I used chicken tenders, grilled all on the grill seperately....then, I put the sammiches together, chicken, ham, cheese, pineapple, on the bread(which, I used sourdough sub rolls), then I just dry grilled them, pressed them with the bacon press, flipped, and repeated.

    Very good. :-)

That's an interesting looking sauce! Its looks delicious although I don't think I would have thought of pineapple with Swiss cheese but I think those flavors would be fantastic together. Thanks for showing us!

Keni, Thanks for making this and it looks beautiful. I pondered over this post because the ingredients and picture didn't seem to match? Thinking things were missing obviously not! I have now bookmarked it to try. Thanks again for the thumbs up and great pic:-)

Thanks, guys... it was good... I wish he had made special note of red onions and such, as he apparently did use them.... I'm not sure about the pic. He doesn't always use his own pics, but I don't know that he never does...so, I haven't a clue. :)

None the less, it was good and a nice spring sammich.
