Mushroom Gratin

    WOW! I was actually out of cream so I used whole milk and did the cornstarch mix to thicken. This is RICH and delicious! That sauce is so flavorful! Keni I do admit all I had was Italian style bread crumbs so I used those. For the cheese I used parmesan. Great comfort food!
