    Mushroom Gratin By: Keni
    As per usual, a lovely recipe by Keni. Great flavors & impressive to serve. I was excited to use my new ramekins bought over the weekend :) I used Portabella mushrooms cut quarters and then thin slices, chicken stock and shredded Romano cheese.

    Thanks for trying them, D-T...and Lillian...I added some of the recipes I know have been made... there are a couple that were made but reviewed/commented on my page or in PMs! grrr... I'm tryin' to remember which ones and get the members to review them on their pages so I can add them, too :)
