  Hey Chuckie! :) I don't care much for sweet meat, either, but I do love honey... and with the lime... mmm mmmm :) The key is in the spices, then, I would say, to off set the minor sweetness you'll get from the glaze.... I used a blend that had a lot of flavor and a lil heat to it. It was a beautiful bird, too :)
