Old Fashion Stuffed Pork Tenderloin

    Hi this is a great recipe. I used a 3 lb piece of a pork loin roast for this recipe. Found that the mashed tatters I used was enough to bind the stuffing which is good in I had no eggs. LOL gave DS#1 permission to use the last 4 forgetting I need one for this recipe. Loved the flavour of the roast.
