  Nice sandwich and great cooking technique! It sounded from the directions like this would just make a huge mess but it didn't. Use a good spatula for transfer ;) I only had swiss, but every thing else followed exactly. Woo wee were my jalapenos spicy!!! Only made the sandwich better though ;) Not too messy for open face if you follow the instructions and make sure every thing is drained. Yes I used can roasted peppers too. This is very good and creative! Great lunch!

  Lol! It was spicy but only because I finally got some spicy jalapenos!!! The only jalapenos I have been able to find this whole year were super mild, like a bell pepper. It took me growing my own to get them hot!
