    Oregano And Asiago Focaccia

    Interesting recipe. It does not have the standard first knead. The dough is spoon stirred for 2 minutes, then let rise. It rises well. Gets stirred down with the addition of cheese and to a second rise.

    It has a bread like and a chewy like quality to it.

    Good flavor but I'm concerned with the salty taste. I would cut back on the salt amount if I make it again.

    After nibbling on the loaf all day, I find the texture is just perfect for making sandwiches. I'll make this again and assume the salt measure was supposed to be tsp instead of tbsp.
