Oven Baked Crusted Chicken

    Oven Baked Crusted Chicken by Pointsevenout

    I made this with a few changes in the recipe - I only used boneless, skinless chicken breasts and I used crushed Corn Chex for the coating instead of cornflakes. I also used no pecans, although I think the added flavor would be excellent in the coating. Turned out to be a very moist honey mustard chicken. The timing and oven temp is perfect.

    This made a really nice meat dish served along side my Coconut Red Beans And Rice and buttered peas.
