Recipe by Wynnebear: Oven Baked Garlic Fries
Oven baked fries are always good.
My fries came out just like the pic. I already had a seasoning mixture made for when I deep fry the potatoes. So used that spice mix. Yes it did have garlic powder in there along with paprika and several other spices. Used yellow skinned potatoes because they were FIFO.
Had to add 20 more minutes to the bake time. Probably my fault for overloading the baking tray.
