Oven Baked Lemon Pepper Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts

    I made this for dinner tonight and it was everything that was promised - juicy, succulent chicken, with ust the right combination of the tang of lemon and the mellowness of the garlic and onion, with a dash of spiciness from the pepper. Tom voted this a hit, the verdict being High 5 - 'Make this again any time'!
    Oh, and it's super healthy too - very low in fat. What more can you ask?
