Oven Barbecued Pork

    Roast turned out on the dry side. Will back off on the time some next time. Barbecue baste was savory.

    Not to knock your sauce but I have fallen in love with my tangy savory barbecue sauce. Will make it with my sauce next time.

    Made some pics for you. Served up with mashed potatoes and cornbread muffin.

    Sorry Pleclare this is the first recipe of yours that wasn't superbly excellent that I have come to expect. Gave you 4-forks only because of the dry taste. The roast looks beautiful. I cooked it with the fat side up. Could that have possibly made a difference?
