  The breading had good flavor although I didn't put in the cayenne because I was getting afraid of the possible heat. I question the amount of bread crumbs in the ingredient list. I think its way too small of an amount. I think 425F is a bit hot, too. Mine was definitely starting to burn. I think 400F would be plenty. Gave it five stars, though, because of the good flavor. I had to add the "again!" because apparently you can't post another thread with the same title as one you have previously posted. It kept bumping me back to my older thread with the same title. Weird!
