  Genius baking these in a mini muffin pan!! My brain was not in my head when I placed these stem side down though. Why didn't I pay attention to your picture better or even use common sense? Of course the cheese didn't stay on very well, but since these were just for me as a side to my dinner, I had no problem with scooping the cheese out and placing it back on the mushroom :) If you love mushrooms...try these!!!
