This is very good!!! I made it as written except I added 1 tsp. of salt instead of a pinch and I also added 1 tsp. garlic powder. The only thing wrong with this recipe is what I stated in my review...It needs to be doubled, because it only makes 20 crackers! They are now half gone and its not even dinner time yet!:(

Glad you made these, Lillian! Garlic powder sounds like a great addition here, I'll have to try that next time! I always double up on the batter myself, these guys don't last very long. I guesse I should mention that in the recipe! Love your picture!

Well, you did say in the recipe that it makes 20 servings! But I'm never sure what that really means! LOL! One cracker is not my idea of one serving! Especially when they taste good! I guess I ate 10 servings so far! LOL!

OK, I edited that recipe. I advised to double up on the batter and mentioned that it makes about 20 crackers, that way everyone knows ahead now what they are going to get. I usually try to mention how many comes out in the end. Don't know why I left that out this time.

Guess what? I made another batch last night and I topped it with the leftover red pepper paste from the Rachel Ray Portobello Mushroom Burgers...and let me tell you...that is one tasty little appetizer!!! I think I'm going to make these and cut them into cute little circles, (you know...bite sized) before baking and top them with the red pepper paste and serve them at parties!!!

Mmmmm....that sounds so good! That's pretty cool how you can combine 2 recipes in one and come up with something amazing! Glad all that worked out for you!
