  I'm assuming this is the same as Parmesan crusted chicken without the spelling Oops.
  Bad thing about that is when someone does a search for Parmesan chicken they won't find this recipe.
  Breading is flavorful. My breading seems to be a coarser grind than the recipes breading.
  Have to say that I have bigger breasts. No brag, just fact. Had to increase the egg coating by 2 and the breading by a half cup so there would be enough to go around. It's nice having to make additional coatings than to have a ton of extra going to waste.
  Paired it up with Tylers Ultimate Potatoes Gratin/saved to extend the Parmesan theme.
