    Used mild Italian sausage this time and some left over chicken pieces diced. Glad I cut way back on the peppers.
    Cut black pepper in half. Cut curry and cayenne peppers back to 25%. Was still hot enough for mother to comment on the heat.
    Used this sauce in a lasagna recipe. Don't need to add the tomato paste. It is thick enough and will be needed for the noodles. Might even add a little more tomato puree so there is enough sauce to ensure the top layer of noodles are cooked without hard spots.
