  I made this tonight and it was a big success!! We all loved it. Review posted on the recipe page. I made a small change, it calls for half a red pepper and half a green pepper. I just don't like green pepper, and never buy them, so, I used half an onion and half a red pepper. Everyone loved it. Meant to take a picture, but, that would have been hazardous to my health! LOL Everyone was hungry tonight.
