Recipe by Wynnebaer: Peach Butter
Good recipe. Can taste both the peach and orange flavors. Will dig into this right after I finish off a bottle of apple butter.
I disagree with simmering this uncovered unless one just likes to clean up the stovetop and surrounding area. I suggest using a splatter screen or canting a lid on the pot.
Makes a pint.
