    Peach Upside Down Cake

    Cake is still cooling. I just know it's going to be good. I'm wondering if the cake batter should be doubled.

    Guess I'll find out when the cake gets cut.

    Yes, I don't see a problem with doubling the cake batter. You can see by the picture the batter is on the thin side although there is nothing wrong with the taste.

    made this today, it was good, I worried about not having enough batter too but I think it was just perfect the way it is. topped it off with some whipped cream. yup broke the diet for this one. LOL
