Peanut Better Bacon Butter Sandwich

My review ... "I had fried up some bacon for bacon bits I needed for another recipe. Was getting hungry and didn't want to stop what I was doing to make something to eat ... made a piece of toast and spread it with peanut butter and thought to myself "why not" I have bacon bits and topped my peanut butter toast with some (just used my judgement). It was FANTASTIC! The bacon cut the intensity of the peanut butter and the flavors went very well together. Good one Troutwhisperer!"

I've heard of peanut butter and bacon going well together. I do not care for peanut butter, but I do like almond butter and I think it would be great in this! Will give it a go soon :)

Never would have ever guessed of putting the two together ... they say everything is better with bacon and I thought it a nice tasty change from jam/jelly.
