Peanut Better Bacon Butter Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Fry up 1/3 pound of bacon.
  • get it crispy
  • let it drain and cool.
  • slice it into tiny bacon bits....
  • then roll it with a rollin pin -smash the bacon to bits...
  • take a measuring cup and bring it up to half full with peanut butter
  • fill to two thirds full with bacon bit chips...
  • spread on the bread and enjoy..........

    LindaLMT ate it and said...
    I had fried up some bacon for bacon bits I needed for another recipe. Was getting hungry and didn't want to stop what I was doing to make something to eat ... made a piece of toast and spread it with peanut butter and thought to myself "why not" I have bacon bits and topped my peanut butter toast with some (just used my judgement). It was FANTASTIC! The bacon cut the intensity of the peanut butter and the flavors went very well together. Good one Troutwhisperer!
