    Recipe by Chef2: Pinto Beans And Ham Hocks
    A nice bean dish with just enough heat.
    Destructions doesn't say but pull out the hocks after the beans are done. Pick the meat out and reintroduce it to the beans.
    Recipe makes quite a lot.
    I was afraid cooking the beans on a medium heat would make them to mush but it didn't.
    Keep an eye on the pot as you will need to add more water when the hocks boil as well as when the beans simmer.
