Pizza Meatloaf Muffins

    Recipe by Pleclare. A qualified success. I deviated from the recipe. Although I used very lean ground beef, I cut it with a half pound of bulk Italian sausage.

    Added some pictures. Looks like I got more of the cheese on the tin than the muffins. I was rushed to get the cheese on and the hot tin back in the oven. But that's ok. A saving grace about mozzarella is it will peel off nicely.
