Pleclare's Asparagus!

I made Pat's Panko Crusted Asparagus Spears last night and they are to die for! I'd attempted to make them last week but I had purchased really thin asparagus and cooked them for the full time that it called for in the recipe without checking on them so they turned out a little crispy. They did taste so good even then though that I wanted to give it a second try so this week I bought asparagus that were a little thicker. I am not a huge Asparagus fan but I am a huge fan of it done this way. DELICIOUS with a Capital 'D'. The sesame oil is a really nice flavour in this and the panko crumbs really crisp up nicely. I apologize for the blurry picture. My camera is not working right. Thanks Pat!
