Crispy Cheese Cauliflower

I made this about a week or so ago. This made a great side dish and was very good for snacking on the next day. I doubled the recipe knowing I would want leftovers for snacks. Burned my fingers and mouth not being able to wait for them to cool. Another great recipe from Pleclare

I intended to reheat them, but once I took them out of the fridge and took one out to eat , that was all she wrote. I didn't stop until they were gone :) Im going to make them again. They are really really good right out of the oven and crisp
