This recipe has been made by several other people, but I can't remember if there was an IMI thread started...

Crispy Cheese Cauliflower

Another great recipe from pleclare. I used some chipotle mayo for a dipping sauce and thoroughly enjoyed it. The oven cook time was perfect, but the cheese didn't get as crispy and brown as I thought it might. I guess you could pop it under the broiler for a bit if you want to take the extra time. But not at all necessary - Delicious as is!

With 225 pages and counting, it is really easy for an "IMI" review to get lost in the shuffle. It's a pain to scan through all those pages to find the review string. And Lilliancooks (this groups author) doesn't seem to be around anymore to update and edit these reviews to the "reviews" profile.
