How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 450'. Spray cookie sheet with spray..In shallow dish, combine cheese,cumin,cayenne,salt and pepper.
  • Dredge caulflower in egg,then in cheese mixture. Put on cookie sheet;spray with oil. Bake 15 mins. Remove to plate,sprinkle with parsley...Serve with lemon.

    These are so tasty! Great flavor and texture. I baked them on a parchment lined baking sheet. I didn't plate with parsley or lemon but will try next time - and there will be a next time!

    OMG Totally the best!!
    I always try to follow the original recipe and if there is a 'next time' I'll tweak it to fit Fred & I. This one is perfect just the way it is, and I'll certainly make it again. But just for a little bit of flair, I'm thinking you could add to the coating ether some dijon mustard or curry depending on the flavor of the meal.

    I'm holding off on any recipes that use the oven...heat index of 110 here today...but this recipe sounds REALLY good. I love fried cauliflower but try to avoid that preparation method no matter what the weather!
