Recipe by Mrjwjohnson: Poppa Jacks Hunters Spaghetti Sauce
Lots of bold flavors in the sauce. I can see this pairing up nicely with wild game
Like the sweet and color brought by the 3 bell peppers. The beans were like having tiny little meatballs in the sauce. I used lean ground cow.
    Very nice recipe.
Didn't use the optional raw onion at the end but you can be sure some was in the saute.
Didn't have any wine. Used more V-8 instead.

Did you use the all the red peppers it called for? Was there any heat? This sounds really good. With the cooler weather just around the corner, this would be nice. Thanks for the heads up

Wow, there are a lot of ingredients in that which must add up to a lot of flavor. That picture posted looks so good! I never heard of beans in spaghetti sauce but I sure like the idea!

Somebody was looking over my shoulder! No, I didn't use the little red peppers. It was just great without any heat.

Would you describe this more of like a chili?? I like the sound of all those ingredients together...either way, bet it was good over some spaghetti!!

The author claims it could be eaten as a chili. I guess it could be. Make it as a stand alone chili, heat or no heat, and report back.
