Pork Chops with Mushroom Bourbon Sauce

    I made these pork chops posted by wolfpackjack today, and they were awesome!! I BIG hit. I grilled, instead of breading and frying. Made the sauce, minus the cream, and cooked it down a little, used some for marinade, and saved a little out for basting during grilling. Grilled over medium, about 8-10 min per side, to internal temp of 170 for well done pork. Will definately have these again!
