We don't do pork too often, and when we do, we like to find a new and exciting recipe. This is the one!
I like the loin chops the best. I'm having a brain fart here, I think that's the right name. It's the cut that is piggie's little T-bone steak.

I didn' wait till Valentines Day. Instead I made this tonight with Sauteed Green Beans and Shallots along with my Oven-Crisp Potato Wedges! Fantastic Dinner and Great Flavor! I absolutely love mushrooms as it is and the flavor combination with the bourbon whisky is fabulous! Thank you for sharing =D

Wow sounds absolutely wonderful. I like that you cook like I do, but sometimes, more of the alcohol ends up in me than in the dish. Great post, can't wait to try:o)

Made this last night for the boyfriend and his family. it was a huge success. he warned me that his sisters hated mushrooms and they were dipping their bread in the remainder of the sauce!

Made these today, Dave! BIG hit! I grilled instead of frying, but, they were awesome!! Wish I could give you a 10! (Made a marinade/glaze from the sauce ingredients minus the cream - cooked it down and marinaded and basted a couple of times while grilling). Bryan was adamant that we start back on healthier eating today instead of tomorrow...LOL...geeeez...like the one day was gonna make a difference...ha ha ha. ANyway, thanks for pointing this out to me, we loved it.
