    Made these today, Dave! BIG hit! I grilled instead of frying, but, they were awesome!! Wish I could give you a 10! (Made a marinade/glaze from the sauce ingredients minus the cream - cooked it down and marinaded and basted a couple of times while grilling). Bryan was adamant that we start back on healthier eating today instead of tomorrow...LOL...geeeez...like the one day was gonna make a difference...ha ha ha. ANyway, thanks for pointing this out to me, we loved it.

    THIS IS FANTASTIC!! MY HUSBAND GAVE THIS A 10 OUT OF THE FIVE FORK STANDARD RATING!!!! HE SAID IT WAS LIKE EATING IN A 5 STAR RESTAURANT!! IT WAS WORTH $25 I SERVED IT WITH GARLIC MASHED POTATOES AND SAUTEED BROCCOLINI.. THIS IS A KEEPER

    Wow sounds absolutely wonderful. I like that you cook like I do, but sometimes, more of the alcohol ends up in me than in the dish. Great post, can't wait to try:o)
