Pulled Pork

    I love an easy crock pot recipe and this fits that description. I doubled the sauce and *carefully* shredded the meat in the crock about 8 hours in and let it sit in the sauce on warm until we were ready to eat. We enjoyed it but I am still interested in trying other pulled pork recipes.

    You sure did a nice job of "pulling" the pork, DT. That's a tedious process and I often don't end up with such a nice looking end product. :)
