Pulled Pork Recipe

Pulled Pork Recipe
This one comes from Quick Fix Meals with Robin Miller. I omitted the potatoes because I don't use this as a meal as much as just sandwiches.

Wow this sounds really good, what a great post, thank you.

I have a whole bunch of different pulled-pork (and beef, chicken) recipes, but this one keeps things much simpler! Thanks for the post, Way2nrml!

My significant other loves pulled pork. I've been meaning to make it for him, but hadn't gotten around to it. I like this easy kind of redipe. If he likes it, maybe he'll excuse me for all the time I spend surfing on this site! Thanks for the post!!

Add some beer- always makes bbq better! The sauce this makes is very good- if it's too watery, simmer in a pan/pot until thickened.

Pork loin works too

Delicious!~ I made mine with a 4lb pork roast, using this as a marinade while it cooked for 8 hours in the crock-pot. I then pulled it apart, (delicious by itself!!), and mixed it with a bottle of "Sweet Baby Ray's" BBQ sauce.

What a crowd pleaser! There were rave reviews from even my 7yo- who hates everything. Thank you for the inspiration.
