    Raspberry Coffee Cake
Morning! Made this yesterday for dessert and it's delicious. Comes together easily and I highly recommend it.

Forgot to say, I used fresh raspberries instead of frozen, and broke up whole berries slightly in the egg batter.

Oh. My. Gosh. I love raspberries! They are my favorite. I wish I had a tube pan. Dang. I may have to Google a substitute or something. I'd love a piece of that!

The pictures on the recipe page show the person using a bundt pan. I used a tibe pan, but it looks as if the bundt pan can work, Do you have one Frankie?

That looks delicious, Lindsay! I love raspberries and prefer using fresh to frozen in baking. Using fresh raspberries and mini semisweet chocolate chips sounds good, too - yum!

Frankie, I don't see why you can't halve this and bake it in a loaf pan. I often make my Bundt cake recipe in two 8X4 loaf pans or four 7X3 pans and it works just fine.

No, I don't have a Bundt pan or tube pan! But, I was thinking what Bakerme said - halve it and put it in a different pan. Plus, half would be plenty for me. It just looks soooo good! :-D

Oh yum, this looks delicious!! I have a tube pan but not a bundt pan, which is something I've been meaning to look into. I like Bakerme's idea of using a loaf pan, that's what I would do FA!
