Here's a quick summary about the recipes I just posted...Blueeyes68ky Apple Crunch...5 forks, fresh natural taste...Lovetohost Mac + Cheese...5 forks, so good and so unique tasting...Peetabear Maple butter...5 forks, great on baked sweet potatoes...Elle55 Corny Chicken Roll Ups...5 forks, better than Taco Bell...Mykidsmom3 Eggplant w/ Mozzerella...5 forks, amazingly good and great sauce...Ronny Egg In A Hole...5 forks, fun and saves a step because its eggs and toast all in one.

Well, I just posted five. One is Helewes' Ravioli Casserole - the first recipe I ever made from here. Cheftom's Pizza rolls - delicious! I also posted three recipes I have made multiple times - all DarBar's: Fried Fish that is marinated in lots of things! I put the variations I have tried in my comments in the recipe. I have made this so many times I call it "the" fish recipe. I have also made his Awesome Tuna Sandwich and Fresh Corn Cakes more than once. The corn cakes are fantastic.

I just posted Bamia Egyptian Beef and Okra by Mystic_River. It is just wonderful but I would say it is more of a stew than a casserole. That isn't a problem for me as I love stews. It is served over rice and reminds me of the way meals are prepared in Africa.

I also posted Chili Relleno Bake by Neena51. We really enjoyed this dish. It was a little soupy and the second time I made it I used less sauce and it was fine. We can't eat it often with all of that cheese but we make a point to have it occasionally.

Two truly great recipes.

I added Elaina's Bacon Burger (that thing was huge!!), Elle's very delicious Refried Beans (I cooked them a bit longer to make them thicker) and Putercop's Bic Mac Sauce recipe. They nailed that Big Mac sauce. It tastes like the real deal.
