    Roast Pork And Kraut
    My roast was not that big 3 pounds maybe so i scaled it down.
    Used fresh onion and garlic, grated( don't care for powered) worked out very well.
    Total cook time was 2 hours and it turned out delicious. It is a keeper, thank you MikeyfromAR for sharing your recipe.

    This one looks really interesting. I've never had sour kraut. I remember my grandparents making it and I didn't like the smell. I'm going to bookmark it and give it a try when I can find a roast on sale. Thanks manella.
