  Recipe by Jlv1023: Roasted Red Potatoes/saved
  Used not so small but not so medium potatoes so I cut them in thirds instead of half.
  Roasting time came out perfectly.
  You can use more salt. They are potatoes.
  Good flavor. Liked the Parmesan.

  Made another batch and doubled the salt. Been trying to let these small red potatoes to go to seed so they can be planted. Only 5 of them left.
